• Account: name and email address from your Google sign-in. We never receive your password.
• Purchases: which plans you bought, amount, time and order number.
• eSIM: ICCID, status and data usage for the eSIMs you own.

We do not collect your location, and we cannot see which sites or services you use the data for.

To deliver what you bought (contract), to provide support, and to meet bookkeeping obligations (legal obligation). We never sell your data.

• Stripe — payments. Card details go directly to Stripe and never pass through our servers.
• eSIM Access — supplier of the eSIM itself.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.

Browsing the shop stores nothing on your device. There is no advertising or tracking, and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to ask permission for.

• Sign-in — when you sign in, a session token is saved in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. It is removed when you sign out.
• Stripe — the checkout page sets two Stripe cookies (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid) used to detect fraud. They are set by Stripe, only on that page, and only when you are making a payment.
• Visitor statistics — we count page views through Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Account data is kept as long as you have an account. Purchase records are kept for seven years under Swedish accounting law. When you delete your account, personal data is removed and order history is anonymised — after which it cannot be linked to you.

You have the right to a copy of everything we hold about you (Art. 15) and the right to be erased (Art. 17). You exercise both yourself, directly:

You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) if you believe we handle your data incorrectly.
