Vodafone, Orange, Etisalat and WE share the market. Coverage is good in Cairo, Alexandria, along the Nile and in the resorts of Hurghada and Sharm el Sheikh.

In the Western Desert, inland Sinai and some way out into the Red Sea there is no coverage to count on. Nile cruises have a signal in port but patchier in between.

How much data do you need?
